Auto-Renewal Agreement

This Auto-Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the developers of GOPAPA in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the auto-renewal service provided by GOPAPA. By using the auto-renewal service of GOPAPA, the User agrees to comply with all the provisions of this Agreement.

1.1 Auto-Renewal: By selecting the auto-renewal option, the User agrees to automatically renew the subscribed service after its expiration and authorizes GOPAPA to deduct the corresponding fees from the User's designated payment method. 

IOS：After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the membership will be automatically charged to the iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle and the corresponding membership validity period will be extended.

Google Play：After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the membership will be automatically charged to the Google Play account 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle and the corresponding membership validity period will be extended.

1.2 Renewal Period: The auto-renewal service will renew the subscription according to the User's chosen subscription period, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. 

1.3 Price Adjustments: GOPAPA reserves the right to adjust the fees for the auto-renewal service based on market conditions. The User will receive notification of any fee adjustments prior to renewal.

2.1 Cancellation of Auto-Renewal: The User may cancel the auto-renewal service at any time. Methods for canceling the auto-renewal include but are not limited to making changes in the User's account settings, contacting customer service, or following the cancellation process specified by GOPAPA. 

IOS：To cancel the automatic renewal function, please manually open "Settings" on your Apple phone, go to "iTunes Store and App Store", click on "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription", select GOPAPA to unsubscribe. 

Google Play：By using Google Pay for payment, you can log in to your Google account and find subscribed services in the "billing" or "payment and billing" applications. In these applications, you can find the "Manage Subscriptions" option and unsubscribe.

2.2 Effective Cancellation: The User must cancel the auto-renewal service before the current subscription period ends to avoid incurring charges for the next subscription period. 

2.3 No Refunds: After canceling the auto-renewal service, the User will continue to enjoy the service until the current subscription period ends. GOPAPA will not provide refunds for any fees already paid.

3.1 Updating Payment Information: The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, currency, and validity of the payment information provided. The User should promptly update the payment information to ensure the smooth continuation of the auto-renewal service. 

3.2 Failure to Update: If the User fails to update the payment information in a timely manner, resulting in a failed renewal payment, GOPAPA has the right to suspend or terminate the User's auto-renewal service.

4.1 Notice of Changes: GOPAPA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. For significant changes, GOPAPA will notify the User through appropriate means such as email, in-app notifications, or website announcements. 

4.2 Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 

4.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

The User is advised to carefully read and understand all the terms and conditions of this Agreement before using the auto-renewal service of GOPAPA. If the User does not agree to any provisions of this Agreement, they should not use or continue to use the auto-renewal service of GOPAPA.
