End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and the developers of the GOPAPA App. By downloading, installing, or using the GOPAPA App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download, install, or use the GOPAPA App.

1.1 Grant of License: The GOPAPA App grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA. 

1.2 Restrictions: You shall not, and shall not permit others to: 

a) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the GOPAPA App. 

b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the GOPAPA App. 

c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from the GOPAPA App. 

d) Use the GOPAPA App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.

2.1 User Data Collection: The GOPAPA App may collect and store your personal information, including but not limited to your username, email address, profile photos, videos, and location information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of this information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. 

2.2 User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you upload or share through the GOPAPA App. You agree not to upload or share any content that violates the rights of others, is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. 

2.3 Location Information: The GOPAPA App uses your location information to recommend social connections based on proximity. You can control the app's access to your location information through your device settings.

3.1 VIP Subscription: To access chat functions with other users or view their contact information, you must subscribe to VIP privileges. The subscription fee is as follows:

a) Monthly Subscription: $29.99 

b) Quarterly Subscription: $79.99 

c) Annual Subscription: $299.99 

3.2 Automatic Renewal: 

IOS：After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the membership will be automatically charged to the iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle and the corresponding membership validity period will be extended.

Google Play：After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the membership will be automatically charged to the Google Play account 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle and the corresponding membership validity period will be extended.

3.3. Unsubscribe: 

IOS：To cancel the automatic renewal function, please manually open "Settings" on your Apple phone, go to "iTunes Store and App Store", click on "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscription", select GOPAPA to unsubscribe. 

Google Play：By using Google Pay for payment, you can log in to your Google account and find subscribed services in the "billing" or "payment and billing" applications. In these applications, you can find the "Manage Subscriptions" option and unsubscribe.

If the automatic renewal function is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle expires, the subscription will be automatically renewed and deducted. After unsubscribing, you will no longer be charged for the next subscription period.

Auto-Renewal Agreement

4.1 Ownership: The GOPAPA App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by the developers. You acknowledge that no ownership or rights are transferred to you under this EULA. 

4.2 Feedback: If you provide any feedback or suggestions regarding the GOPAPA App, you grant the developers the right to use and incorporate such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate this EULA by deleting the GOPAPA App from your device and ceasing all use of the app. 

5.2 Termination by Developers: The developers may terminate this EULA if you violate any of the terms and conditions. In such cases, you must immediately cease all use of the GOPAPA App and delete it from your device.

6.1 Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 

6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

The developers reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. The updated EULA will be posted within the GOPAPA App, and your continued use of the app after the changes constitute your acceptance of the modified EULA.
